Made these for Nala tonight & she loved them!
32oz of low fat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 ripe banana
1/3 cup milk
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix! I poured them into plastic dixie cups then waited for them to set a bit & stuck a treat in. A couple hours later then were frozen. I am going to pop them out of the cups and store them all in a zip lock bag.
